• Drive Results: Consistently smash sales targets and earn uncapped commissions.

• Fluent English communication skills.
• 1+ years of sales experience (financial services, fintech, or high-volume outbound sales a plus!).
• A confident phone presence and the ability to handle a fast-paced sales environment.
• A self-motivated, results-oriented, and competitive spirit.

• Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (U.S. hours).
