Digital Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, cross-functional digital team and take part in delivering innovative websites, digital user journeys, and commerce experiences. The position involves working closely with internal stakeholders, development teams, UX providers, advertising agencies, and IT.

You will report to the Group Head of Digital and work alongside a senior Digital Assets Manager.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end management of digital projects such as websites, e-commerce journeys, digital processes, and innovation initiatives
• Define project scopes, functional requirements, and ensure alignment across business units, IT, UX agencies, and development vendors
• Write functional specification documents and manage the implementation process
• Coordinate with multiple internal and external partners to ensure delivery timelines and quality goals are met
• Act as a bridge between marketing and technology – translating business needs into digital solutions
• Drive continuous improvement in digital execution, usability, and user experience

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of proven experience managing digital projects – must
• Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams including IT, development, UX, and marketing – must
• Experience working with software agencies and managing external suppliers – must
• Practical experience with CMS platforms (especially WordPress) – must
• Experience writing functional specification documents – must
• Strong familiarity with UX/UI principles – must
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive mindset
