Technical Support Engineer Key Responsibilities

Your core mission:

• Serve as the crucial bridge between advanced AI systems and complex customer challenges
• Leverage your technical expertise to resolve issues beyond AI capabilities
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI-powered support infrastructure
  
  

Basic Requirements

Must-have qualifications:

• Geographic location: North or South America
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in technical support or engineering roles
• Advanced practical experience with generative AI, including:
• Demonstrated expertise with multiple AI tools
• Proven ability to create automated workflows
• Experience developing custom GPTs
• Note: Basic AI usage for research or content creation is not sufficient

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
