The Phoenix Investment House is hiring an Operations & Compliance Representative for a pivotal entry-level role at the heart of the investment world.
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates with a financial background who are ready to grow in a professional and dynamic environment.
💼 What will you do?
✔️ Conduct daily controls on mutual funds
✔️ Ensure compliance with investment policies and regulatory requirements
✔️ Analyze yield gaps, calculate fund performance, and submit reports to the ISA
✔️ Work closely with financial systems, banks, legal advisors, and trustees
✔️ Collaborate with portfolio managers and internal teams
🎓 What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration – required
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Prior experience in a financial role – an advantage
- Excel skills – an advantage
- Ability to multitask and work in a cross-functional environment
📍 Location: Bnei Brak – 3 Metzada Street
🕒 Full-time with an option for a reduced-hours "parent track" position (until 15:30–16:00)
