We are hiring a Payroll Controller and Bookkeeper

Reporting to: Global Payroll Controller Leader

Location: Petah Tikva, Israel (Hybrid model).

Responsibilities

• Manage Israeli end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and handling employee compensation.
• Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, and ensuring timely salary payments.
• Stay updated and act according to the changes that are in the law.
• Ensuring compliance with local and global payroll regulations.
• Processing new hires, terminations, promotions and other employee status changes in the payroll system, to ensure accuracy.
• Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Maintain, develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Working in collaboration with other functions in the company to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing.
  
  

Requirements

• Certified Israel Payroll Controller.
• 3+ years of experience in local payroll processes.
• Experience of working with payroll institutions and insurance agents.
• Experience as a bookkeeper (Level 2)
• Experience with Priority
• High level communication skills in English – written and verbal.
• Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
• Detailed oriented.
• Can-do positive approach.
• Ability to prioritize duties, meet tight deadlines, team player, ability to work and solve issues independently.
