Performance Media Buyer – Facebook & Google

We are a fast-growing performance marketing agency specializing in high-converting lead generation and user acquisition across global markets. Operating at the forefront of paid media, we partner with industry-leading brands in the Forex and gambling verticals to deliver measurable results through data-driven strategy and agile execution.

We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Media Buyer with a strong command of Facebook and/or Google Ads to join our performance marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across international markets with a focus on lead generation and customer acquisition in highly competitive verticals.

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is deeply analytical, and has experience scaling campaigns with large budgets.

• Develop, launch, and manage high-budget performance marketing campaigns across Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads.

• Optimize campaigns to meet and exceed KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.

• Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.

• Analyze large sets of campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate creative assets, technical integrations, and campaign workflows.

• Stay up-to-date with platform policies, industry trends, and advertising best practices.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads or Google Ads campaigns.

• Proven track record in lead generation or user acquisition roles, ideally in the Forex or iGaming/gambling industries (experience in both is a strong plus).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient with ad platforms, tracking tools, and data interpretation.

• Familiarity with funnel optimization, attribution models, and performance metrics.

• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.
