Nayara.ai is a mission-driven, early-stage healthtech startup transforming the experience and outcomes of breast cancer care. Our flagship product is a compassionate AI companion designed to support the 4M+ breast cancer patients and survivors in the U.S. We’ve built a multidisciplinary team and deployed our MVP across WhatsApp, web, SMS, and voice—with active trials and hospital collaborations already underway.

We are now hiring a Head of Product Management to join as a co-founder and help us scale. This is a high-ownership role for someone ready to shape the future of empathetic AI, build a world-class patient product, and eventually lead its commercialization in cancer centers, employers, and pharma partnerships.

🎯 What You’ll Own

• End-to-end product strategy & execution: Define and drive the product roadmap for our AI companion, including features for both patients and enterprise clients.
• AI persona & conversation design: Lead the development of the companion’s personality, tone, and emotional intelligence—balancing empathy, engagement, and clinical accuracy.
• Patient insights & community leadership: Act as the voice of our users. Engage directly with breast cancer patients and survivors to translate their needs into product decisions and community-building strategies.
• User research & discovery: Run qualitative and quantitative research to understand unmet needs, inform features, and continuously improve user experience.
• Cross-functional execution: Collaborate with engineering, clinical advisors, LLM experts, and growth leads to launch and iterate on key features.
• Scalable feedback loops: Build mechanisms for continuous user feedback and engagement, including surveys, in-app prompts, and community channels.
• Strategic leadership: Represent product in investor conversations, go-to-market planning, and pharma partnership discussions.

🧠 Who You Are

• A seasoned product leader (5+ years) who’s led products from zero to one in healthtech, SaaS, AI, or patient engagement
• Experienced working with conversational AI, LLMs, or emotionally intelligent agent design
• Comfortable talking to patients one day, drafting PRDs the next, and pitching investors the day after
• Deeply empathetic with users—especially vulnerable or underserved populations—and committed to building human-centered tech
• Proactive, resourceful, and scrappy; you know how to make magic with limited resources
• Mission-aligned and excited to work for equity + deferred compensation at this early stage

✅ Preferred Experience

• Oncology, chronic disease, or survivorship support tools
• Conversational design, prompt engineering, or agent personality work
• Community engagement or patient education
• US healthcare ecosystem, value-based care, or digital therapeutics
• Regulatory fluency (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)

🌍 Location & Commitment

• Remote-first with preference for candidates in Israel who have strong ties and networks in the USA healthcare landscape
• We’re looking for someone ready to grow into a full-time, high-ownership co-founder role. We’re open to a phased start (e.g., 25+ hrs/week initially) for the right person, with a clear path to full-time.
