VP Finance

We are is seeking a strategic and hands-on VP Finance to join our executive leadership team and take charge of the company’s financial strategy and operations as we continue to scale globally. This is a unique opportunity to shape the financial future of the Company, build a scalable financial infrastructure, and directly impact our ambitious growth trajectory.

As VP Finance, you will report directly to the CEO, working closely with the leadership team and board, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution.

We’re looking for an experienced financial leader who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is passionate about building a world-class finance function in a growth-stage SaaS company. This is an individual contributor role and does not involve managing a team.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and lead the company’s financial strategy in alignment with our growth objectives.
• Own and manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and planning processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee all financial operations: accounting, payroll, cash flow management, tax compliance, audits, and financial reporting (US GAAP/IFRS).
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the executive team and board, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement scalable financial systems, processes, and controls to support rapid expansion.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, and other financial partners.
• Oversee and optimize billing, invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and working capital to ensure healthy cash flow.
• Support the CEO and leadership team with financial modeling, analysis, and scenario planning to drive key business decisions.
• Lead equity plan administration, compensation structures, and financial incentive programs.
• Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards in Israel, the US, and other relevant jurisdictions.
• Develop and track KPIs and dashboards to monitor financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial reports and strategic updates to internal stakeholders, board members, and potential investors.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required; Big Four background preferred; MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
• Proven success in building and managing financial operations in a scaling company.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, international tax, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and BI financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
