For a leading Israeli distribution and delivery services company
This is an opportunity to join one of Israel’s leading providers of e-commerce and retail distribution services, known for its extensive national coverage and integrated services. A key role in the company’s commerce division – a major growth engine within a large organization undergoing renewal and expansion.
The company is looking to recruit a proactive, results-driven, and dynamic Sales & Commerce Manager with a "Can-Do" attitude – someone who will take initiative, recruit and retain major clients, motivate both internal and external teams, and lead the nationwide delivery and distribution operation to success and growth.
Key Objectives:
- Manage sales of domestic courier services (B2B, C2B) and the company’s e-commerce products and services.
- Lead business development efforts, with full responsibility for recruiting and retaining major clients in Israel.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Lead and manage the sales team, including responsibility for target setting and revenue budgeting.
- Drive business development in the Israeli e-commerce retail sector.
- Develop partnerships with relevant business partners.
- Acquire and retain major domestic clients.
- Manage organizational relationships with companies, government bodies, and other institutional clients.
- Oversee coordination with internal service units supporting local customers.
- Responsible for product development, pricing strategies, and defining technological requirements.
- Develop and maintain an annual work plan and a multi-year growth strategy, including performance tracking.
- Define and monitor operational and service requirements in accordance with customer needs.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Sales and/or Commerce Manager in the domestic market, including in e-commerce services.
- In-depth knowledge of the Israeli shipping, logistics, and local trade sectors, including distributors and customers.
- Organizational maturity, strategic vision, and strong business acumen.
- Strong leadership skills – ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams; at least 5 years of experience managing sales teams in the past decade.
- Proven ability to sell to mega clients.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High operational/logistical orientation and solid technological understanding of logistics services (e-commerce platforms).
- Pricing expertise.
- Ambitious and professionally driven – dominant, proactive, and initiative-taking.
- Results-oriented; works systematically with persistence and determination, target-driven, and capable of solving complex problems.
- Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Business Administration or Economics is an advantage.
