This team is responsible for building and evolving the central engine that powers all data flows across the company. Our proprietary data platform is a foundational layer in our architecture, orchestrating complex real-time and batch data pipelines at scale. It supports a wide variety of use cases—from ingesting external integrations, applying real-time transformations based on customer actions, to powering downstream systems such as AI applications, BI tools, and our financial systems.

As part of the team, you will:

• Develop and optimize the core engine and runtime that powers all ETL/ELT and real-time data processing workflows
• Contribute to the SDK used by product teams to easily build new integrations, transformations, and enrichment logic
• Design and implement systems that support seamless consolidation between real-time and batch processes
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability across all layers of the data platform—from ingestion to serving
• Collaborate closely with other engineering teams to ensure smooth data interactions and company-wide impact
  
  

• 6+ years of experience in server-side development and distributed systems
• Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
• Experience in working with different types of data storage technologies and approaches (e.g. OLAP, OLTP, relational, document, etc.)
• Proven track record of working efficiently in a fast-paced intensive startup environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Building high-volume data pipelines - an advantage
• Client-side web development experience - an advantage
