User Experience Designer

One of our clients - early-stage start-up up is looking to hire Senior UX Designer.

They are creating intelligent tools that empower data engineers—and believe UX is critical to making them truly impactful.

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer with a track record of designing enterprise software products in the data or AI space.

This role is perfect for someone who loves turning complex workflows into intuitive experiences and thrives working alongside engineers leaders in a fast-paced startup.

What You’ll Do

• Own UX strategy and design for a technical B2B SaaS platform.
• Translate complex requirements into elegant, functional interfaces.
• Conduct user research and usability testing with data professionals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design assets.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to bring designs to life.

Must-Haves

• 8+ years of UX design experience, including enterprise/B2B applications.
• Portfolio showcasing intuitive UX for complex, data-heavy interfaces.
• Strong user research skills—knows how to talk to technical users.
• Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools).

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience designing tools for AI, ML, or data engineering workflows.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-driven development.
• Worked in an early-stage or fast-growing startup.
