Fintech and Capital Markets Regulatory Attorney

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing strategic legal advice and support for the establishment and development of fintech companies and startups, including open banking, cryptocurrency ventures, wealth management service providers, and more.

* Advising leading financial institutions such as investment firms, international banks, trading companies, exchanges, and issuers of complex financial products.

* Engaging in the evolving landscape of financial regulation, with a focus on emerging areas such as crypto regulations, data privacy, market conduct, and open banking.

* Offering ongoing legal support in a wide range of commercial agreements, from client contracts to strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

* 2-5 years of experience in financial regulation, banking, or capital markets.

* High level of proficiency in English – required (reading, speaking, and writing).

* Experience in financial regulation, banking, capital markets at a large law firm, financial company, or fintech company – an advantage.

* License to practice law outside of Israel – an advantage.
