Marketing Team Lead

Intro:

We are a fast-growing AI software start-up developing cloud-based AI solutions, and we're looking for a hands-on Marketing Team Leader to drive our go-to-market efforts. The ideal candidate has proven experience in B2B and SaaS lead generation and is ready to take ownership of marketing strategy and execution in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the go-to-market strategy for Plataine’s solutions, from market entry to scale.
• Lead, develop and manage the marketing team and subcontractors.
• Define and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including ABM, events, field marketing, and product marketing strategies to engage target audiences.
• Develop and run demand generation campaigns and strategies to create qualified leads.
• Leverage data-driven decision-making to analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer feedback, iterating on strategies to optimize results.
• Lead PR activities and communication with media and analysts.
• Act as a thought leader, producing compelling content, social media campaigns, webinars, and industry insights that establish Plataine’s leadership.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B/SaaS marketing for an enterprise software company
• Proven experience managing, mentoring and developing a diverse marketing team
• Experience developing lead generation and awareness programs in B2B markets
• Outstanding writing skills and the ability to produce written materials quickly
• Team player with a collaborative philosophy
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages with multiple different priorities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
• Excellent English (read, write, speak)
