Operations Manager – Kids & Fun

A vibrant and fast-growing educational startup that runs hundreds of after-school groups, enrichment programs, and premium summer camps is looking for a talented and proactive Operations Manager to join our headquarters in Ra’anana.

A dynamic, office-based position that combines administrative and operational responsibilities, including phone and email handling, calendar and logistics coordination, cross-departmental support, and general office management.

📍 On-site role only – based in Ra’anana (no remote work)

• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries (phone/email) and direct them accordingly
• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, internal events, and room bookings
• Track attendance reports, prepare payroll documentation, and manage onboarding paperwork
• Oversee procurement processes: order supplies for the office and programs, manage invoices and vendor relations
• Coordinate logistics for team events, staff training days, and external services
• Support communication with parents, schools, and municipal authorities
• Assist with various ongoing operational tasks – a proactive and hands-on attitude is essential

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative or operations roles – required
• Proficiency in Office 365 or Google Workspace – required
• Native-level Hebrew
• Experience with CRM systems and payroll software – advantage
• High level of organization, accuracy, and multitasking capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong service orientation
• Availability for full-time work (08:00–17:00) or a reduced “mother’s shift”
• Experience in education, event planning, or working with parents/suppliers – major advantage
