Operations Manager – Digital Commercial Real-Estate Platform

About the role

Spacenter is Israel’s leading digital comparison platform for coworking spaces, offices, meeting rooms and more, operating for over six years. We are looking for an Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operations that keep the platform, clients and team moving forward.

Key responsibilities

• Client management – support existing B2B clients, onboard new ones, track payments and issue invoices.
• Team management – train and mentor new team members as needed.
• Daily operations – handle incoming leads when required; maintain and update the platform and marketing channels.
• Business development – retain and grow sales volume; explore and launch new revenue streams.

Position details

• Full-time, Sunday–Thursday 09:00-18:00 / 08:30-17:30
• Base salary : 12,000 ₪ + performance-based bonuses
• Study fund (קרן השתלמות) after one year
• Work from our Tel-Aviv office with hybrid flexibility (up to two–three days per week from home once onboarding is completed and the role goals have been met).

Requirements

• High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English (both spoken and written) – required.
• Additional languages – an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and high-level writing abilities – required.
• 3+ years’ experience in B2B customer success / account management and project management.
• Strong service and sales skills, including negotiation ability.
• Excellent organisation, time-management and task-prioritisation skills.
• Proven sales experience – advantage.
• Familiarity with PPC and SEO – strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and advertising – strong advantage.
• WordPress experience – strong advantage.
• Knowledge of commercial real-estate and coworking spaces – strong advantage.
