Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Purchase Specialist to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in global procurement, preferably within the textile or apparel industry, and the ability to manage purchasing processes from end to end. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor purchase requests and prepare accurate price quotations
• Identify, evaluate, and source suppliers globally, with a focus on textile-related products
• Conduct negotiations and maintain professional relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics partners
• Coordinate procurement activities with internal departments to meet operational requirements
• Ensure procurement operations align with company standards for quality, cost, and efficiency

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in a global purchasing or procurement role – required
• Prior experience in the textile, apparel, or soft goods industry – strong advantage
• Knowledge of international logistics and import/export procedures – an advantage
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in Hebrew and English – both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a confident and professional approach
