Position Summary:
The role includes managing and controlling the department's budget, analyzing financial data, preparing detailed reports, controlling budget execution, building an annual budget, procurement processes, negotiations with suppliers, controlling procurement processes, working with service contracts, receiving invoices and producing global reports..
Responsibilities:
- Budget Management: Building, managing, and controlling the budget of the real estate and facilities department, including multi-year project budgets.
- Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data and providing recommendations for improving operational efficiency.
- Preparation of Detailed Reports: Preparing detailed periodic budget and financial reports.
- Rigorous Monitoring and Control: Monitoring budget execution, identifying significant deviations, and providing solutions to budgetary problems.
- Procurement Process Management: Issuing purchase requests, managing negotiations with suppliers, and controlling procurement processes.
- Service Contract Management: Managing service contracts with external suppliers and controlling contract execution.
- Invoice Receipt: Receiving invoices from suppliers and controlling their compliance with purchase requests and contracts.
- Production of Global Reports: Producing global reports for global management, while meeting international standards and requirements.
- Working with Diverse Interfaces: Routine work with real estate, facilities, finance, procurement, legal department, and external parties, while managing effective communication.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing continuous improvements in budget control and procurement processes, using advanced tools and technologies.
- Annual Budget Construction
- Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, accounting, or another relevant field.
- Experience in budget control and procurement management, with an emphasis on managing multi-year budgets.
- Experience working in a global company - a significant advantage.
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in Excel.
- High level of English: ability to conduct conversations, write reports, and read documents in English.
- Experience working with ERP systems, with an emphasis on procurement.
- High data analysis ability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing time effectively.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment, while meeting pressures and deadlines.
- Ability to work with suppliers and manage negotiations.
- Basic understanding of contracts and legal procedures.
