Assistant Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly/quarterly analytical analyses of financial results and report required explanations.
• Weekly & monthly cash flow reporting including forecast
• Responsibility for the package report of the subsidiaries
• Responsibility for processes and controls over financial reporting.
• Collaborate with finance personnel in group companies.
• Work closely with bookkeepers; Support and advise bookkeepers.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize the protection of the company's assets, policies, procedures, and workflows.
• Assist with the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Work closely with internal organizational functions.
• Handle monthly accruals and manage fixed assets.
• Utilize ERP systems; familiarity with the Priority system is a plus.
• Ensure compliance with international standards (IFRS).
• Prepare financial statements and tax reports in Israel include consolidate tax report.
• Familiarity with incentive topics and investment centers is advantageous.
• Implement and oversee internal controls within the organization (ISOX).

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Experience with one of the Big Four accounting firms.
• Full proficiency in Excel; significant advantage if familiar with the Priority system.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Full-time position with a willingness to work additional hours as needed.
• Language skills: Hebrew – native; English – high proficiency.
