Regional Technical Sales Manager

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end sales processes: lead generation, outreach to potential clients, presenting company services, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain business relationships with companies in relevant industries.
• Understand client needs and tailor engineering solutions to meet specific requirements.
• Collaborate with the company’s engineering teams to coordinate solutions and services.
• Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and professional events to promote business development.
• Participate in management meetings and contribute to shaping sales strategies.
• Monitor and manage sales processes using CRM systems.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in technical/engineering sales, with a strong technical understanding.
• Engineering education – an advantage.
• Proven B2B sales experience.
• Experience managing complex sales processes, including working with various industrial stakeholders.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proactive and initiative-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license – must be willing to travel to clients nationwide.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
• High-level proficiency in English and Hebrew – including written and verbal business communication with international clients.
