Product Incubation Lead

Clalit Innovation is leading the transformation of healthcare innovation within Israel's largest healthcare organization. We are looking for a Product Incubation Lead to join our team and play a critical role in developing and testing innovation products and services that rise from within the organization, addressing key challenges faced by patients and healthcare professionals.

This role is hands-on, requiring strong execution skills - from need finding and problem-solving to solution development and testing in complex organizational environments.

This is a full-time, hybrid position.

What will your day look like?

• Leading end to end incubation of diverse innovative solutions - from user research (Qualitative and quantitative), problem discovery, ideation, and prototyping to proof=of-concept (POC) validation and pilot implementation.
• Navigating through extremely diverse organizational contexts and challenges - from patients to care professionals needs, hospitals and community care context, product and service design processes in ever-changing domains (clinical, administrative, logistical, service and more).
• Implementing innovation tools and methodologies, including design thinking, lean feasibility studies and more.
• Building strong partnerships with entrepreneurs, business owners and key internal stakeholders across departments (clinicians, administrators, IT, logistics, etc.)
• Driving the execution of pilot projects, ensuring measurable outcomes and alignment with organizational priorities.

• An innovation practitioner with a proven track record in hands-on incubating and developing new solutions in large organizations.
• Experienced in innovation methodologies, including design thinking, lean startup, and agile development.
• A natural connector, able to engage diverse teams and create cross-functional collaborations.
• Hands-on and action-oriented, comfortable working in ambiguous environments and driving projects from ideation to implementation.
• A strong communicator, fluent in Hebrew and English, skilled in presenting ideas and influencing stakeholders.
• A strategic and creative problem solver, with a deep understanding of technology, data, and product development processes.
• A self-starter, who thrives in a hybrid work setting and takes ownership of complex initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience in leading product incubation of innovative products, services and processes.
• 3+ years of experience in leading innovation projects in a corporate, healthcare, or technology environment
• Deep familiarity with digital product development (though this is not a product management role)
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working within large, complex organizations.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Experience in healthcare innovation - a strong advantage.
