Plant Scientist (M.Sc./Ph.D.) – Nutrient Uptake & Plant Physiology

We're looking for a qualified plant scientist with an M.Sc. or Ph.D. in plant physiology, biochemistry, or a related field to join our R&D team. This role focuses on developing innovative solutions to improve plant nutrient uptake and utilization.

What You’ll Do:

· Lead and design advanced research studies on nutrient uptake mechanisms

· Develop and implement experimental protocols

· Shape the strategic scientific direction of the project

· Prepare and present research plans, experimental reports, and management summaries.

· Collaborate with lab staff, computational chemists and agronomists.

Qualifications

- Advanced degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) in plant science, physiology, biochemistry, or related field

- Hands-on experience in experimental plant research

- Strong skills in scientific writing and data communication

- Self-motivated, organized, and effective personality

- Team player with excellent communication skills

- Advantage: Experience in managing lab personnel or leading technical teams and cross-functional collaborations
