International Partnerships Manager

"Aharai!" is a non-profit organization working to reduce social gaps and lead meaningful change in Israeli society through leadership education, social involvement, and encouraging meaningful enlistment in the IDF. The Partnerships Department at Acharai leads partner recruitment, government and authority relations, revenue management, donations, and all external relations. As an International Partnerships Manager, you will lead the development and deepening of the organization's relationships with international organizations, foundations, and donors.

Job Description:

• Develop and expand the organization's international partnerships network.
• Manage ongoing partnerships with international organizations and philanthropic foundations - contracts, cash flow, and reporting.
• Work within multiple interfaces both inside and outside the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Native-level English proficiency - mandatory
• Bachelor's degree - mandatory
• Familiarity and experience with international organizations and communities - significant advantage
• Experience in grant writing - significant advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and high representational ability
