🔑 Key Requirements:
- Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering degree is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, 10+ years an advantage.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to see the big picture.
- Excellent skills in working with multiple interfaces.
- Proven experience managing subcontractors.
- Strong leadership skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
- High-level engineering professionalism and technical understanding.
📌 Position Details:
- Hybrid role:
- Year 1: ~80% remote, ~20% on-site in the Northern region.
- From Year 2: ~50% remote, ~50% on-site in the Northern region.
- Security clearance will be required.
