Real Estate Attorney – Tel Aviv

We are looking for a talented and motivated attorney to join our team in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities:

• Representing both international and local tenants in commercial real estate transactions
• Representing residential property buyers
• Drafting agreements with vendors, contractors, architects, and other professional consultants

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney with 3 years of experience in real estate and property law
• Proven experience in drafting lease agreements, purchase agreements, and contracts with suppliers and consultants
• Native-level English, with excellent drafting skills and the ability to interact with international clients; additional languages – an advantage
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Experience in a leading real estate boutique or large law firm, or in an in-house legal department – an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills and solid negotiation abilities
