NPI Engineer

We are looking for a NPI Engineer.

This position requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, process engineering, and quality assurance.

As an NPI Engineer, you will be tasked with identifying and mitigating risks, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving processes to enhance product performance and manufacturability.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with various departments, including design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.



Job Description:

•Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products.

•Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks.

•Conduct process validation and qualification activities.

•Provide technical support and training to manufacturing teams.

•Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on product designs.

•Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

•Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of products.

•Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

•Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.

•Analyze production data and implement corrective actions as needed.

•Support cost reduction and efficiency improvement projects.

•Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.

Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in new product introduction or process engineering.

•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

•Strong technical writing skills.
