Your impact and Mission:

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning models and data-driven algorithms that power our RTB systems
• Work closely with product and engineering to translate business problems into data science solutions
• Analyze huge volumes of auction and behavioral data to extract insights, measure performance, and identify opportunities
• Play a substantial part in shaping product strategy based on what’s technically possible (and often make the impossible possible).
• Work closely with the teams’ developers and other data scientists.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities and provide technological solutions.

Your Experience, Mindset, and Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist - must.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, tree-based models, etc.).
• Proficient in Python and familiar with its data/ML stack (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, etc.).
• Comfortable with experimentation, AB testing, and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify and present complex ideas clearly.

It can be a great plus if you have:

• Work experience in agile startups or innovation teams.
• Experience in Presto and Hive

Important to know: We work in a hybrid model - 3 days together @ the office and 2 WFH days, in fixed days.
