- Stay updated on tech trends (AI)
- Manage & mentor team members
- Document processes & roadmaps
- Support strategic planning & budgeting
Qualifications
- Relevant academic degree
- Previous background in software development
- Previous background as a Data solutions
- Proven track record managing IT/SW/Data teams
- Deep knowledge of ERP, BI, and automation – must
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- High-level English – written and spoken
