Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Monitoring Analyst to join our compliance team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while supporting our robust AML/CFT controls in the crypto space. The ideal candidate will have experience in crypto compliance, blockchain analytics tools (especially Chainalysis), and implementing transaction monitoring frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain transaction monitoring rules for crypto-related risks
• Conduct investigations of suspicious activity using blockchain analytics tools
• Generate and escalate alerts according to policies and regulatory expectations
• Collaborate with teams to enhance monitoring logic
• Contribute to Travel Rule solution implementation
• Create and refine SOPs, workflows, and documentation
• Provide expertise on crypto risk typologies and threats
• Support regulatory reporting and AML/CFT compliance audits

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years in transaction monitoring within crypto companies
• Experience building monitoring rules and frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Chainalysis or similar platforms
• Familiarity with the Travel Rule
• Strong analytical and investigative skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge of global AML/CFT regulations
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
