Social & Digital Creative Lead

We're hiring a Social & Digital Creative Lead to join a leading advertising agency!

We're looking for a strategic, creative, and passionate leader to take part in shaping digital-first campaigns that break through the noise and make people talk.

In this role, you'll lead the creative process end-to-end — from concept development to execution — while managing a talented team and working directly with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop original creative concepts and campaigns for social and digital platforms.
• Lead and manage a team of creatives.
• Present ideas to clients and drive buy-in for bold creative directions.
• Stay ahead of trends on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with strategy, account, and media teams to deliver outstanding work.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Creative Director / Social Creative Lead – mandatory.
• Hands-on background in social-first creative thinking.
• Experience managing creative teams – strong advantage.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to turn briefs into disruptive, shareable campaigns.
• Agency experience – big plus
