Computer Vision Engineer

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Computer Vision Engineer to be a significant counterpart of the development and implementation of cutting-edge computer vision algorithms.

Location: Ramat-Gan & Or Yehuda

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hands-On Research and Development:

o Design, develop, and optimize computer vision algorithms for real-time

imaging and analytics tailored to endovascular decision support.

o Conduct experiments, fine-tune models, and analyse results to ensure

robustness and accuracy in clinical environments.

o Collaborate with data engineers to build pipelines for processing and

managing medical imaging datasets, including X-ray, CT and fluoroscopy.

2. Product Development and Deployment:

o Collaborate with product & software teams to understand clinician needs

and implement suitable solutions.

o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards for medical

device software.

o Establish metrics and benchmarks to evaluate model performance in clinical

environments.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:

o Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical

Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on computer vision or machine

learning.

• Experience:

o At least 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying

computer vision models in real-world applications.

o Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects in healthcare or other

regulated sector involving imaging technologies.

o Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in digital health (e.g., FDA, CE marking).

• Technical Skills:

o Deep understanding of machine learning architectures (CNNs, GANs,

transformers, etc.).

o Strong expertise in image processing techniques, including filtering, edge

detection, image enhancement, segmentation, image registration and

feature extraction.

o Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++ and experience

with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Soft Skills:

o Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.

o Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
