Job Description:

1. Responsible for the overall operation and management of the local logistics distribution center in Israel, to ensure that the operation process is standardized and efficient;
2. Guide the receiving, sorting, loading and unloading, storage and distribution of goods to ensure punctual, accurate and safe completion of the distribution tasks;
3. Analysis and optimization of the distribution center's operating procedures, improve operational efficiency and reduce operating costs;
4. Manage and supervise the safe operation of the distribution center to ensure the safety of materials and personnel without accidents;
5. Manage the distribution center team, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance appraisal and employee motivation;
6. Responsible for the maintenance and upgrade management of equipment and systems to ensure stable operation;
7. Effective communication with suppliers, customers and other internal departments to ensure smooth logistics services and customer satisfaction;
8. Prepare regular operation reports to evaluate and analyze the operation of the distribution center.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in logistics distribution operation and management, experience in Saudi Arabia local logistics market operation is preferred;
2. Familiar with the local logistics regulations and market dynamics in Israel;
3. Strong data analysis ability, skilled use of office software;
4. Excellent leadership, communication, teamwork and problem solving skills;
5. Able to adapt to the higher intensity of the work environment, with good stress resistance;
6. Proficient in Arabic or English, with good cross-cultural communication skills;
