Creative Growth Marketing Manager

The Opportunity

As Creative Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You’ll play a central role in crafting a compelling brand story and accelerating our go-to-market efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Execution: Design and produce compelling creative assets across channels, including digital ads, event materials, and sales enablement collateral.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that align with business goals, with a focus on differentiation and lead generation.
• Demand Generation: Own and optimize inbound marketing efforts including paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, and digital engagement initiatives.
• Content & Thought Leadership: Lead the development of high-quality content that positions the company as a thought leader in the cybersecurity and social media risk space.
• Brand Development: Evolve the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across platforms and touchpoints.
• Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to pipeline and revenue.
• Performance Measurement: Track key marketing metrics, analyze data, and iterate to improve performance and ROI.

What We're Looking For

• Marketing Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing roles, ideally within tech or cybersecurity sectors.
• Fluent English: Native or near-native proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Proven Results: A history of delivering measurable growth through creative and data-driven marketing strategies.
• Full-Stack Marketer: Skilled in both digital and brand marketing, with hands-on experience across content, strategy, and performance channels.
• Social Media Acumen: Deep understanding of social media operations, tools, and pain points—especially for brand and community managers.
• Self-Starter: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment with a hands-on approach.
• Cybersecurity Familiarity: Experience in cybersecurity is a plus, especially in marketing roles focused on digital threat protection.
