Front-End Team Leader JB-4181

We seek a highly skilled Front-End Team Leader with excellent expertise in React and a deep passion for high-quality code, testing, and software craftsmanship. In this role, you will lead a talented team of front-end engineers working shaping the core of our user experience. You will play a critical role in architecting scalable front-end solutions, ensuring best practices in testing and code quality, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled front-end engineers, ensuring professional growth and technical excellence.
• Architect, develop and optimize React-based front-end solutions for our core product and create a powerful website-building experience.
• Drive best practices in code quality, testing (unit, integration, e2e), and performance optimization.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Front-End Team Leader in a fast-paced, product-driven environment- Must!
• Expert-level proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem (React Hooks, Redux, Context API, etc.).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of testing methodologies and tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.).
• Strong experience in performance optimization, accessibility, and best front-end practices.
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.).
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Solid understanding of build tools and CI/CD pipelines (Webpack, Vite, ESLint, Prettier, GitHub Actions, etc.).
