A strong and stable construction company operating in residential, urban renewal, public, and commercial projects is seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead its execution and engineering operations.

Responsibilities:

• Full management of the company’s engineering and execution departments.
• Professional leadership of regional managers and project managers – from planning to final delivery.
• Overall responsibility for budgets, timelines, quality, safety, and performance control.
• Problem analysis and leading creative solutions both on-site and at headquarters.
• Direct work with senior management, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering – mandatory (degree from a recognized and leading academic institution – an advantage).
• At least 15 years of experience in the construction industry, including 5 years in a senior executive role – mandatory.
• Proven experience in managing mega-projects in residential, commercial, public, and urban renewal sectors – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in fieldwork – mandatory.
• Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Strong advantage for candidates with backgrounds in leading construction companies.

Location:

• Projects are primarily in Central and Southern Israel.
• High availability and mobility between sites is required.
