We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical PMO to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing project management processes across strategic accounts, supporting both internal teams and client-facing activities. You will drive Agile practices, improve visibility, and ensure alignment with business goals through data-driven decision-making and smart tool utilization—including AI and Atlassian products.

• Design, implement, and refine scalable project management processes tailored to dynamic client environments.
• Lead Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) across development and cross-functional teams.
• Utilize Atlassian tools—especially JIRA and Confluence—to manage workflows, build dashboards, track progress, and drive team efficiency.
• Support project lifecycle activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Serve as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Enhance team productivity through integration of AI-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Copilot).
• Monitor risks, manage resources, and support change management initiatives.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders in fluent English—written and spoken.

• 2–3 years of proven experience in a Technical PMO or project operations role.
• Strong hands-on experience with JIRA – including boards, filters, dashboards, automation, and advanced configurations.
• Proficiency with Atlassian ecosystem tools (JIRA, Confluence), as well as Monday, Azure DevOps, and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) in development environments.
• Experience with AI tools for task optimization, documentation, and decision-making support.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field.
• Fluent English – both spoken and written.
• Fast learner, independent, and adaptable in dynamic environments.

• Experience consulting on Atlassian tools or leading tool onboarding for teams.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe) or Atlassian-specific credentials.
• Experience in change management, process optimization, or digital transformation projects.
