We're seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Analyst & Project Manager to join our core team in Tel Aviv.

Your Role

As a key right hand to senior leadership, you'll be responsible for market research, material creation, operations management, and capital markets workflows. This role offers variety, ownership, and high-impact tasks. Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Market Intelligence & Research: Monitor financial news, SEC filings, stock market data through our dedicated platforms, and social media sentiment (Reddit, X, etc.) to provide actionable insights to clients and management
• Financial Content Drafting: Leverage our enterprise AI technologies and trained models to draft announcements, press releases, financial updates, disclosures, investor-facing materials, and market/analyst briefs
• Communications Management: Work with newswires, CMS systems, Nasdaq notification systems, and our proprietary distribution technologies to publish timely communications and distribute them across relevant channels. Writing creative copy texts that blend finance, creativity and technology.
• Executive Support: Coordinate communications between management, legal teams, and external partners
• Investor Targeting & Analysis: Manage targeting campaigns across multiple platforms and conduct background market research to support strategic initiatives

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Fluent English (native-level proficiency strongly preferred) — part of your work will be drafting professional content, disclosures, and announcements from major international companies in English. Please only apply if your English is native-level or the equivalent.
• Exceptional creative writing and drafting skills
• Tech savviness, including experience with Generative AI systems (ChatGPT, Claude, etc) and familiarity with social media platforms such as reddit, twitter and advertising
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Passion for finance or the stock market
• Self-learner - You will need to develop a deep understanding of multiple companies in various exciting areas - from biotech to cyber to real estate across various markets and sectors. While we will provide all the information and resources, we expect you to come curious and highly motivated.

Advantages:

• Experience with capital markets / public company financing / financial reports / investor relations for public companies
• Experience with targeting/advertising platforms and basic data analysis
• Experience or passion for pharma/biotech
• Military background in 8200, Intelligence Research Division, IDF Spokesperson Unit, Officer or Commander in Combat, or any role which required analyzing large amounts of content or data, providing written briefings, and working with big data systems.
• Active in Reserve Duty in the IDF (yes - you heard that right - we WANT 'miluimnikim')
