Information Systems Analyst

Exponet is a fast-growing SaaS company developing project-management solutions for the construction industry. We’re seeking an experienced Information Systems Analyst to refine and document client requirements, translate them into clear technical specifications, and support our development and QA teams.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and formalize business and system requirements.

ERD & TRD Development

• Design and maintain Entity-Relationship Diagrams and produce thorough Technical Requirement Documents.

Use Case Modeling

• Define user stories and use cases that capture workflows and edge conditions.

UML Specification Writing

• Create detailed functional and technical specifications using UML diagrams (class, sequence, activity, etc.).

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Partner with UI/UX designers to validate mockups and with development teams to ensure accurate implementation.

Quality Assurance Support

• Define acceptance criteria, review test plans, and assist QA in validating features against specifications.
  

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years as an Information Systems Analyst (not Data Analyst).

Methodologies:

• Hands-on experience with ERD and TRD documentation.

Education & Certification:

• Degree or professional course in Information Systems Management, Systems Analysis, or equivalent.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Use Case modeling.
• Expert knowledge of UML diagramming techniques.
• Familiarity with web-based system architectures and Agile workflows.

Communication:

• Excellent written and verbal skills in Hebrew and English.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation.
