A leading organization is seeking a GRC Cybersecurity for a challenging role involving risk management, policy and procedure development, project oversight, security assessment supervision, and leading organizational awareness efforts in information security and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the GRC work plan
• Perform risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities
• Develop security policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Oversee information security assessments and related projects
• Train employees and monitor regulatory compliance (e.g., Privacy Protection Law, NBT guidelines)
• Manage cyber risk across the supply chain
• Provide ongoing support to the CISO

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in GRC and information security
• Familiarity with relevant regulations (e.g., Privacy Protection Law, NBT guidelines)
• Experience in cyber risk assessment and risk management
• Strong skills in writing policies, procedures, and professional documentation
• Experience with security awareness and training programs
• Advantage: Familiarity with cybersecurity in the financial sector
