About the role:
- Responsibility for marketing management and product development aimed directly at consumers as a growth engine for acquiring new customers and credit
- Managing the department and full P&L responsibility: building business plans, including revenue, expense, and profitability forecasts
- Defining, managing, and leading products and creating an annual plan to meet business goals: sales, retention, and turnover
- Leading marketing initiatives and collaborations to increase customer revenue
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in marketing
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in finance/ insurance/ telecommunications fields – a significant advantage
- Strong data analysis and analytical skills
- Broad and integrative process-oriented and business vision
- High ability to manage and drive processes and interfaces
- Creative thinking, initiative, and process promotion skill
