VERSSAI is building the AI-native OS for early-stage venture — a system where investors trade conviction like public markets, and founders scale with clarity.

You’ll own the backend, lead full-stack development, and wear the engine — an AI-powered orchestration layer (Agentic AI, LLMOps, Insight Layer) already in motion. You'll co-build the capital system VCs and founders now need to survive the speed of innovation.

This is your chance to lead product, platform, and infrastructure — before it becomes obvious.

• Proven full-stack capability, backend-first
• Experience with scalable systems, infra, and APIs
• Fluent or fast-learning in AI/LLM environments (RAG, orchestration, fine-tuning)
• Systems thinker — you design architecture with context, not just code
• Obsession with clarity, velocity, and product integrity
• Prior experience in early-stage startup environments or VC-backed tech
• Can operate independently and remotely with high trust

• Have experience building or integrating agentic AI frameworks
• Are comfortable in zero-to-one technical leadership
• Understand how founders and investors think
• Have opinions about product-market fit, narrative, and the AI-native startup stack
