We’re looking for a QA Specialist with Expertise in Life Insurance Systemsfor an exciting and challenging position!

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Petah Tikva.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the life insurance domain - Must.
• Strong business understanding of life insurance products (risk, pension savings, individual and group insurance) - Must.
• Full familiarity with processes such as proposals, underwriting, issuance, renewals, collections, changes, and claims - Must.
• QA course/certification - an advantage.
• Experience with CRM and digital insurance systems (e.g., policyholder/agent portals - an advantage.
• Experience with core insurance systems such as Citadel, Kitor, Topaz, or similar platforms - an advantage.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards in life insurance (e.g., Mevatah Zamin, Pension Net, Capital Market Authority reporting - an advantage.
• Ability to understand and analyze complex business processes.
• Independent work in a dynamic, multi-interface environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork with development, analysis, and product teams.
