A startup developing a groundbreaking robotic endoscopic system is looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer to lead board-level electronic design and contribute to the core architecture of their next-gen medical platform.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and development of multi-board systems (digital, analog, power, communication)
  • Mentor a small hardware team and own architecture decisions
  • Work cross-functionally with systems, mechanical, and software teams
  • Drive risk analysis, DFMEAs, design reviews, and compliance (IEC 60601)
  • Manage hardware bring-up, debugging, and supplier collaboration

Requirements

  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
  • 10+ years of hardware design experience, including team leadership
  • Strong background in complex board development and regulatory standards
  • Experience with Altium and OrCAD
  • Medical device experience
