SEO Specialist (2+ yrs exp.)

About the Role

Cyber Sheli is seeking a data-driven SEO Specialist to boost our organic search performance and support our clients’ growth. In this role, you’ll lead keyword research, technical and on-page optimization, and link-building efforts. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and content writers to ensure SEO is embedded in every part of our digital presence. Success means increased organic traffic, improved CTR, and measurable conversion growth.

• Develop long-term SEO strategies, keyword research, and content mapping
• Execute on-page and technical SEO: meta tags, titles, Core Web Vitals, structured data (Schema), and internal linking
• Manage and scale white-hat link-building campaigns and digital PR efforts
• Monitor and analyze data using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Looker Studio dashboards
• Work cross-functionally with content, dev, and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates and react quickly to shifts in SERPs

• 2+ years of proven SEO experience (technical, on-page, off-page)
• Strong command of tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Sitebulb
• Comfortable working in CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or custom systems
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and SEO implications of JavaScript
• Data-oriented mindset with strong analytical and communication skills in English

• Experience with Python or SQL for automation and data analysis
• Local SEO expertise & Google Business Profile optimization
• Familiarity with CRO principles and user experience
• International SEO knowledge: hreflang, subdomains, multilingual content
• Understanding of CI/CD, CDNs, or Headless CMS environments
