Web and Mobile Systems Analyst

A successful online company is looking for a Web and Mobile Systems Analyst.

Location: Petah Tikva, near the light rail | Full-time | Hybrid

Job Description:

• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including software requirements specifications (SRS), design documents, and API documentation.
• Translate complex business requirements into precise technical specifications.
• Analyze complex technical information and break it down into clear, actionable components.
• Work closely with web and mobile engineers, product managers, data and CRM teams, and stakeholders to understand system requirements and functionalities.
• Manage and define tasks for development teams across different projects.
• Identify potential technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of information to all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in technical writing.
• Proficiency in creating detailed technical documentation.
• Experience working in an Agile methodology.
• High-level experience with SQL.
• Experience working closely with developers, product managers, and also with the business side, to understand and translate complex technical requirements into clear and concise documentation.
• Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software engineering principles.
• Deep understanding of data processes and the creation of Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD).
• Comprehensive architectural understanding of projects and their integration with the organization’s existing information systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in technical documentation.
• Knowledge of programming languages, databases, and data processes.
