RPA Developer

A leading financial organization is looking for an RPA Automation Developer

📍 Petah Tikva | Full-time | Hybrid – 1 day remote

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop automation processes based on in-depth understanding of business and customer needs
• Integrate advanced AI capabilities into automation workflows
• Perform comprehensive testing of developed bots to ensure quality and compliance with business requirements
• Maintain and update existing processes, adapting them to evolving organizational needs
• Collaborate with internal interfaces, IT teams, and business stakeholders
• Provide training and technical support to business and technical teams, including troubleshooting bot-related issues
• Be a key developer in a team of 4 (developers and team lead)

Requirements –

Must-Haves:

• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification
• At least 1 year of experience developing RPA processes with UiPath
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent technical training
• Familiarity with leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities

Advantages:

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with AI cloud tools, especially Document Understanding
• Experience working in cloud environments, especially AWS
• Experience with cloud automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate
• Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, Java, PowerShell
