Information Technology Network Engineer

The Global Network Team is responsible for the global network infrastructure operation and maintenance

In this role, he/she will be part of the network analysts, developing and continuously improving the global network infrastructure.

To ensure high-quality infrastructure services, he/she must integrate internal capabilities with the services and capabilities of external service providers. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support and Training team in coordinating and creating user manuals for new and updated services.

• Planned and implemented IT projects and integrated solutions.

• Responsible for the implementation of necessary changes without causing business interruptions

• Provide solutions in implementing, testing, documentation, go-live, and maintenance support activities. 

• Support high-level analysis of customer needs and requirements and architect end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements 

• Work closely with all other Global IT Infrastructure functions and business units to ensure successful project completion, including on-site support if needed.

• Supports and creates with the Global Network and Security Architect to establish guidelines and standards for the ICL network.

• compliant with ICL IT Infrastructure standards

• Availability during Events, Incidents, Problems, Requests, Access, and Changes was escalated to 2nd-level support from the Global Help Desk or external collaborators.

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science or information systems

• Minimum of 10 years of general IT operational experience

• Basic understanding of ITIL v3 Framework

• Experience with implementing, operating, and maintaining IT network infrastructures

• Detailed knowledge of solution architecture and technologies, especially for network solutions
