Bookkeeper

Pi-Cardia, a dynamic medical device startup specializing in cardiovascular innovations, is looking for a talented Bookkeeper to join our team. If you're detail-oriented and experienced in managing vendor invoices and employee expense reports while ensuring accuracy and streamlined processes, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities

• Update and maintain the general ledger.
• Recording vendor invoices in Priority ERP system.
• Reviewing approvals and processing payments to vendors according to agreed payment terms
• Handling employee expense reimbursements, including processing travel reports and expense claims
• Performing vendor, bank, and credit card reconciliations, tax authorities etc, as part of month-end processes

Qualifications

• At least 3-2 years of bookkeeping experience – must
• Level 2 Bookkeeping diploma – must
• Experience with Priority software - must
• Experience in a Hi-Tech company – An Advantage
• Experience with TripX travel software (formerly ComBTAS) - An Advantage
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work with various positions within the company
• Reading and writing English abilities.
