Role Summary:

As the Product Manager of Deeyook, you will be the expert voice of the customer, shaping the product roadmap and driving successful product launches. You will work closely with R&D, sales, marketing, and business dev to translate customer needs into actionable product strategies, ensuring our technology meets the demands of our target market. This is a Director-level, individual contributor role, requiring strong leadership by influence and exceptional cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Strategy:
• Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for Deeyook's RTLS solutions, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on customer feedback, market analysis, and technical feasibility.
• Act as the "voice of expertise," providing deep insights into the RTLS market and wireless technologies to inform product decisions.
• Product Development & Execution:
• Collaborate closely with R&D to ensure product development aligns with customer requirements and roadmap priorities.
• Translate customer needs and market requirements into clear and concise product specifications and user stories.
• Manage the product lifecycle from pilot programs through product launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Customer & Market Engagement:
• Build strong relationships with integrators and OEMs, gathering feedback and understanding their specific needs and challenges.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
• Develop compelling product collaterals, including presentations, demos, and technical documentation.
• Rally all teams towards a product launch and go-to-market.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:
• Lead by influence, fostering collaboration and alignment across R&D, sales, marketing, and business development teams.
• Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Report directly to the Chief Business, providing regular updates on product strategy and performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of success in B2B, software+hardware organizations.
• Strong technical aptitude and broad understanding of telecom, wifi, 5G, cloud.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with integrators and OEMs in the industrial or IoT space.
• understanding of location-based services, and related technologies
