Looking for a Technical Support Engineer seeking to play an instrumental role as part of a global customer success team. Requirements:

Minimum 3 year experience as a support engineer in the High Tech industry (exceptional candidates with equal veterancy of military service experience will be considered too).
Experience in dealing with international high demanding customers, and ancillary support centers worldwide.
Must: In depth troubleshooting capabilities (Compulsory requirements: tcpdump, wireshark, DNS and Active Directory. Advantage: familiarity with SASE, cloud technologies, Azure IdP).
Ability to work individually and as part of a team, willing to consistently capture and share knowledge.
Fluent English with high verbal and written expression skills.
