Full-Stack Developer (Node.js + React)

About the Role

Cyber Sheli is building secure, data-driven products that help organizations stay ahead of today’s cyber threats. As our new Full-Stack Developer, you’ll own end-to-end feature delivery—from architecting scalable Node.js micro-services to crafting polished React user experiences. Success means shipping reliable, test-covered code, collaborating tightly with product and security teams, and continuously improving performance for thousands of users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain back-end services in Node.js / Nest.js and front-end interfaces in React / Next.js
• Model data, author queries, and optimise performance on MongoDB and Firebase
• Develop, document, and consume RESTful APIs; integrate third-party services where needed
• Break large problems into loosely-coupled micro-services and ensure secure, high-availability deployments
• Write clean ES6+ JavaScript (Async/Await, Destructuring, Spread, Classes) and enforce code quality via peer reviews and automated tests
• Collaborate in an Agile squad, using Git & GitHub for version control and CI pipelines
• Monitor production systems, troubleshoot alerts, and iterate on performance and security best practices

Qualifications

• 2+ years full-stack experience with Node.js and React (or equivalent frameworks)
• Solid understanding of modern front-end build chains, state management, and component patterns
• Hands-on knowledge of document databases (MongoDB, Firebase Firestore/RTDB)
• Comfortable with distributed architectures, containerisation, and cloud-native design
• Familiar with Agile workflows, Jira (or similar), and clear, proactive communication in English

Nice to Have

• TypeScript across the stack
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• CI/CD, automated testing, or infrastructure-as-code (GitHub Actions, Terraform, etc.)
• Front-end experience with Redux, GraphQL, or React Query
• Scripting for automation (Bash, Python)
